1. Acceptance

By using Shadowly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Shadowly shows publicly available Instagram information retrieved through third-party data providers. Availability and accuracy are not guaranteed, and features may change or be removed. Media files are streamed from Instagram's own servers to your device through our server and are not stored by us. Public profile data is kept only in a short-lived technical cache (up to 15 minutes) to speed up repeat requests.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Shadowly to harass, stalk or harm anyone, to collect data at scale, to resell the service or to break the law. Automated access without an API key issued by us is not allowed. We may block abusive traffic.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 13 years old. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

5. Credits and payments

Some features use credits. Prices, plans and refund conditions are shown before you pay. Credits have no cash value.

6. Third-party content and trademarks

Content shown belongs to its owners. Shadowly is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Posts, stories and other media belong to their creators. Download or save content only for personal, private use or with the owner's permission, and do not repost or sell it. You are responsible for following Instagram's rules and the laws that apply to you. If you are a rights holder and want content removed or blocked, write to us from the contact page and we will act on valid requests.

7. No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for the actions of third parties.

8. Changes and contact
